Willow Marketing is a full service strategic marketing management firm, established in 1992 and comprised of experts in marketing, communication and production. We work as a part of the client's team, an extension of their company; we are partners in their business, with a vested interest in their success and growth. We seek long term business relationships. We have created alliances with highly specialized vendors, and are able to use our resources to provide the most effective combination of services to meet our client's needs. With that in mind, perhaps the best way to define Willow is to begin with what we are not:
Our business relationships with our clients are based on partnerships. As marketing managers, we are an "extension" of their staff. Therefore, it is imperative for us to learn and know their business, products, customers and competitors as well as they. We research, analyze, listen and participate in client activities in order to "see" as many view points as possible within our client's organization. Over the years we have developed a client list that reads similar to the Fortune 500 list. In order to be successful at establishing those relationships, our first task with any client is to learn, understand and embrace their business. To create effective marketing strategy and produce tactical communication tools, we must have the knowledge and understanding of the client's business, the market, the potential and the risks. We also strive to know our clients as individuals-after all, people do business with people. Our approach to employees and customers is not innovative. It's based on a fundamental value of respect for the individual. The individual is an integral part of the team. It is our goal to provide a stimulating and progressive environment for employees and an opportunity for career growth. We recognize, promote and reward the individual for initiative, performance and teamwork. And we aspire to provide an entrance into the industry for young, aggressive and creative individuals. Our philosophy... Work side-by-side with each other, with clients, with vendors. Listen-hear what is said and what is not said. Knowledge must be shared. Boundaries... seek to know those that are arbitrary versus those that are concrete. Plan. . .dare to be different, but know when "being different" is superfluous. Curiosity is the root of our creativity. Determination drives our desire; we seek answers that work... it is the "Way of the Willows." |
