Culture

Just like our business cards, which each feature an icon representative of the individual, Willow was founded based on the individuals being a part of the team. Each person brings to the table different areas of expertise, history, skills and ideas.

We like research and seek to be constant learners. And, on a really good day, we can be found sporting a pink shirt and flip-flops.
